Young Women's Meditation Group with Janet O'Shea, LCSW

Location: at Janet O'Shea's office - Pearl River, NY

This unique meditation group generally meets two times a month.   Age range is approximately 21 to 28. This
is a time and place for young people who are interested in pursuing their spiritual knowledge and a deeper
connection with their own Spirit. Here young people can meet and work with other like minded people of their
own age group. Each meditation has a different focus, often with a teaching preceding it. Focus areas are
around how our energy works, how to direct it more effectively, clearing our chakra's. and other metaphysical

Cost:   $25. for 15 minute reading

This is how it works... You come the night of the fair and sign up anytime after 5:45pm. Please don't come
before 5:45pm... Readings will begin at 6pm and will continue by appt. throughout evening.   If you have a wait
for your reading, you can enjoy dinner and/or drinks in the restaurant or bar while you wait, we will call you
when you get to be next.   We apologize that we cannot make advance appts., but logistically this is not
possible for us.   But, make it a great night out with friends!

Come, join the fun... Readings are for entertainment purposes only. Remember, you always have the power

Angel Meditation with Kathy Steinberg

Sunday, December 2nd 2pm-3:30pm
$20. per meditation

This is a monthly meditation that meets to work w/angels through guided meditations. We work with a
particular angel, or group of angels each month. We discuss what that angel is known to be assistance
with and call that angel in our guided meditation to help us in any way that we need.    Afterward, if you
wish to, we share anything that we have experienced in our meditation.

This meditation will be held in Kathy Steinberg's office, located in her new office location in NYACK NY

Divine Life Force Healing Energy
     with Reiki I Certification

Reiki I is a sacred powerful day primarily geared towards self healing.   The importance of reconnecting with
the healer within you can not be over emphasized nor can the empowerment and self respect that come from
making healing of the self the first priority. Self healing is the key to any good healer as well. Living by
example and compassionately caring for the self makes the greatest impact on others.
Self healing is a gift to our families our loved ones and the world. As each one of us becomes healthier in
every sense of the word we contribute to the health of the planet and the collective in body, mind, soul and
spirit.

Reiki I is very much set up as a day of retreat and meditation. You will be guided to gently experience the
Reiki energy. You will be attuned to this energy with the Reiki I Attunement so you are able to experience it
more strongly and clearly.

The meaning of Reiki will be discussed as well as its' known history. You will also be guided through
meditation to meeting your Reiki or healing guides. You will learn and experience the basic Reiki technique
for self healing. Cost determined in relationship to location please refer to specific date.
Certification in Reiki I will be received by participants.

Snacks and tea will be provided. We usually take an hour for lunch.    Bring a lunch or you can order food to
be delivered
